Great course for electrologists!
Taking this course is a game changer for how I will treat skin blemishes! The training was so informative and explained easily that I will be able to discuss with my clients with more confidence. Can't wait to incorporate this!
I highly recommend this course and am looking forward to additional courses!

What a great wealth of knowledge, this course was very beneficial and eye opening and im sure will enhance our existing practice. I would recommend a slide deck be provided as there is so much information to absorb, seeing skin lesions and having a reference would be a great benefit. Thank you very much for your time and education!
I truly can’t stress enough how valuable this course is for electrologists and skin professionals. It’s an incredibly in-depth, practical, and resourceful course that also helps bridge the gap between our profession and physicians, encouraging better collaboration for the benefit of our clients.

As electrologists, we spend hours looking at our clients' skin, but recognizing what we're seeing and knowing when something warrants a referral is a skill we should all continue to develop. Dr. Khan did an incredible job breaking down the different types of skin lesions using real clinical images and explaining what features to look for. It was informative, practical, and immediately applicable to everyday practice.
One of my biggest takeaways was the importance of using a dermascope. I've been using one in my own practice for the past eight years, and I can honestly say the difference between assessing a lesion with the naked eye versus with a dermascope is night and day. The additional detail it provides has been invaluable in helping determine which lesions are appropriate for thermocoagulation and which should be referred for further assessment. If you perform thermocoagulation, I truly believe a dermascope is an essential piece of equipment.
A huge thank you to the FCEA for continuing to bring high quality continuing education to our profession. Opportunities like this add tremendous value to our membership and ultimately help us provide safer, better care for our clients.
If you have the opportunity to attend one of these webinars in the future, I highly recommend it. I left with new knowledge, practical tools I can apply immediately, and a greater appreciation for just how much there is to learn when it comes to skin health.
